Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern a seller's use of the Zootop Bear platform to browse the catalog, create or import orders, and manage a wallet, tracking and support tickets.

2. Seller account

An account is created with an email address confirmed by the seller. New accounts start in Trial status with limited access to the public-style catalog only, until an Admin moves the account to an active status.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are paid from a prepaid wallet. An order is only confirmed and released for production once the wallet balance covers its value. Sellers can self-cancel within 30 minutes of creation; after that, cancellation depends on production progress and requires a support ticket.

4. Seller obligations

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of order data (shipping information, variant selection) and for having the right to use any design they upload or link — see the Intellectual Property Policy.

5. Suspension / termination

Zootop Bear may lock or change a seller's status for reasons such as policy violations, unresolved payment issues, or repeated order errors, following the internal seller-status workflow.

6. Limitation of liability

Specific liability limits, warranty terms and dispute resolution mechanisms are pending legal drafting and are not final in this version.

7. Changes to these Terms

Zootop Bear may update these Terms; the effective date and version number above will change accordingly once this document is finalized.
