How long does Seller sign-up take?
Sign up with your email and confirm it using the code or link sent to you. Your account then enters Trial status for catalog access; Admin reviews your store information before upgrading the status.
What can a Trial seller do?
Trial sellers can browse the public catalog only. Order creation or import, wallet top-up and ticket creation become available after the account moves to an eligible status.
Can I create orders manually or only import files?
You can create orders individually on the web or use the file template to import multiple orders at once.
How long do I have to cancel an order?
You can cancel an order yourself within 30 minutes of creation. After that, open a support ticket; cancellation depends on production progress.
How does the wallet work — is it prepaid?
It is a prepaid wallet. Once Accounting approves a top-up, the balance is used for payment and debited for each confirmed order.
Where do I track orders and tracking numbers?
The Seller dashboard shows order status, tracking number, and carrier or link when available. The demo does not yet include a detailed 17TRACK-style timeline.
Are production costs visible to sellers?
No. Sellers see the Zootop Bear price only. Production costs are limited to internal roles authorized for reconciliation.
What happens when an order errors or gets held?
Ticket response SLAs are still pending confirmation. For now, sellers open a ticket linked to the order for Operations or Support to handle in queue.
