1. Data we collect

Account data (email), order data (variant, design link/file, recipient shipping information), wallet transactions, and support ticket content.

2. How data is used

To operate your account, process orders, manage your wallet, provide tracking, and respond to support tickets.

Only the data needed for production and shipping (design file, variant, recipient shipping information) is shared with the production and shipping partner handling that order. Partner-side cost data is never shared back with sellers.

4. Data retention

Specific retention periods per data type are pending confirmation and will be added once approved.

5. Your rights

Sellers can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of their account data through a support ticket, subject to order and accounting record-keeping requirements.

6. Security

Access to seller and order data is limited by role (Seller, Admin, Accounting, Operations, Support) matching the internal permission model.
