Shipping & Production Policy

1. Production process

Once confirmed, an order is reviewed internally, then released into production and fulfillment for printing and packing.

2. Quality control

Design files are checked before production; items are checked again before packing. See the Production & Quality page for the general process.

3. Shipping

Shipping is handled by the shipping partner assigned to the order; a tracking number and carrier/link (if available) are shown on the order once shipped. Specific carriers and delivery-time commitments are pending confirmation.

4. Delays & exceptions

If an order is delayed or held, open a support ticket linked to the order; Operations and Support handle it in queue. Exact response-time commitments are pending confirmation.
