1. Design ownership

Sellers retain ownership of the designs they upload or link for printing.

2. License to Zootop Bear

By submitting an order, the seller grants Zootop Bear and the production and shipping partners handling the order a limited license to reproduce the design solely for producing, packing and shipping that order.

3. Seller responsibility

Sellers must have the rights to any design they upload or link. Zootop Bear does not review designs for third-party rights infringement before production.

4. Reporting infringement

A formal takedown/reporting process is pending legal drafting. In the meantime, concerns can be raised through the Contact page.
